Chelyabinsk subsidiary of Russian Federal Property Fund announced the results of the auction organized with the aim of selling the shares of Chelyabinskiy Kladokombinat № 1 JSC (dealing in frozen stuffs). 28,698 shares had been put up to auction (51% of the company’s authorized capital). The highest bid was offered by sole trader Mr V. Kireev who bid 68.7m RUR (the opening bid was 31.2m RUR).

Assets of Snezhinskiy JSC came to 3,682,035,000 RUR in April 2006. The fluctuations for the first three months of the year comprised 13.76% (+445,477,000 RUR). At the beginning of the year, the figures were 3,236,558,000 RUR.
