Avialeasing demands UTair be declared bankrupt

December 9, 2014. Avialeasing Investment & Finance Company laid a claim against UTair Airlines, demanding that the air carrier be declared bankrupt. The investment company’s claim was registered with Khanty-Mansiysky Autonomous District Arbitration Court today.
