The average asking price on Yekaterinburg existing home market declined by 0.6% in the last four weeks and came to 66,850 RUR per m2, Ural Real Estate Chamber’s analytical report states. This is nearly 13% less than in February 2015 and 1.8% less compared with the start of the year.
