Sverdlovsk Region: Year’s Inflation 4.1% in April

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, October 9, 2017. Sverdlovsk Region’s annual inflation rate stood at 2.7% in September 2017 against September 2016, Sverdlovskstat reports. Food items grew 2.2% more expensive, non-food ones grew 3% more expensive, alcohol is now 6.2% more expensive, and services cost 2.2% more than one year earlier. At the same time, deflation rate stood at 0.3% in September 2017 compared with August 2017.

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, June 6, 2016. Inflation rate stood at 8.5% in May 2016 against one year earlier, Sverdlovskstat reports. Food items grew 8.2% more expensive, non-food items and alcohol items grew, respectively, 9.6% and 7% more expensive, the price of services went up by 7.7% on average. Compared with April 2016, May 2016 prices rose by 0.4%.

Food items grew 1.9% more expensive in the course of one year, non-food items grew 2% more expensive, alcohol grew 3.6% more expensive, and the price of services rose by 1.9%. Compared with February 2018, the inflation rate in March went up by 0.2%.

Food items grew 1.4% more expensive in the course of one year, non-food items grew 2.2% more expensive, alcohol and services grew 4.3% and 1.6% more expensive, respectively. Compared with January 2017, inflation rate reached 0.4%.

May 6, 2015. The prices of goods and services in Sverdlovsk Region went up by 0.4% in April 2015 and by 8.5% compared with the start of the year, Sverdlovskstat reports. Food items grew 0.1% and 12.5% more expensive, respectively, while alcohol drinks grew 1.5% and 6.4% costlier, respectively. The prices of non-food items rose by 0.9% in April 2015 and by 8.2% compared with the beginning of the year, while those of services remained the same in April as in the previous month yet rose by 4.6% compared with the beginning of 2015.
