Metallinvestbank leaves Trubodetal

OOO Staffleasing is no longer a shareholder of OAO Uralmashzavod; the company used to own 32.2% of the Yekaterinburg-based plant’s shares. At the same time, the shareholding of ZAO Uralmash Machine-Building Corporation went up from 60.32% to 92.52%.

The general shareholder meeting held in JSC Trubodetal (tube parts maker and part of United Metallurgical Company CJSC) resulted in appointing Oleg Fomichev the new GD due to resignation of Lev Nedospasov, the company’s spokesperson said to UrBC representative. Mr Fomichev graduated from Moscow Institute of Physics and Engineering and has been the Logistics Director of Vyskunskiy metallurgical works since 2003.

August 20, 2015. The European Bank for Reconstruction & Development is no longer a shareholder of Yekaterinburg-based Uraltransabnk, the issuer reports. It is reported that the EBRD sold 62,466,349 of voting shares (25.0000002% of Uraltransbank’s authorized capital) on August 17, 2015. The former owned the shareholding for eleven years all in all. The shares were sold to OOO Sevilon (8.760615%) and Entrepreneurial Activity Development Fund (8.999385%). Fitch, the international rating agency, demoted Uraltransbank’s rating outlook from Stable down to Negative in January 2015. Fitch said

Dmitriy Vinogradov is no longer a shareholder of OAO Bank Severnaya Kazna (the asset of Alfa-Bank). He used to own a little over 10% of the bank’s shares, which have recently been sold to VALLAUR LIMITED. Yekaterinburg-based Bank Severnaya Kazna had to undergo a financial recovery procedure at the end of 2008 after it had been very near bankruptcy. The procedure was carried out by the bank’s new owner, Alfa-Bank, and Deposit Insurance Agency. The new proprietor intends to close Bank Severnaya Kazna down as an independent business and is now gradually moving to the bank’s total phase-out. In
