European-Asian Co buys 37% of ErM

European-Asian Company reports it bought a 37% stake in ErM recently. Prior to this acquisition, YekaterinburgGaz ceased being ErM’s stockholder.

OAO ErM runs the Hermitage Hotel and the Magister Hotel in Yekaterinburg.

OOO Torgoviy Dvor now has a number of new owners: European-Asian Company has recently bought a 25% shareholding in the business. According to the company’s official statement, the shareholding was estimated at 9.5 million RUR.

Ural-Avstro-Invest might face trial

Sverdlovsk Region’s division of the Federal Antimonopoly Service is to meet on September 30, 2009 in order to look into the case of Euro-Asian Management Company, Intensivnik’s Premier Hotel and City Hotel, Yekaterinburg Tsentralniy Hotel, Grand Avenue Hotel, and Iset Hotel. FAS suspects hotels of colluding

Yekaterinburg City Council made the information on certified hotels available online, the council’s press officer reports. The list comprises 32 hotels located in various parts of Yekaterinburg.
