UrBC, Moscow, April 9, 2020. Prospective customers’ trust is one of the key factors affecting KORTROS Group’s resistance to crisis, the Group’s President Veniamin Golubitsky said at a press conference in Moscow today when commenting on the building industry’s situation in times of the novel coronavirus.

‘We have never missed a single commissioning deadline in District Akademicheskiy, we have never let any would-be home owner down. When you work on a housing project as large as this one, when you put up a building after building and people keep moving in and everyone sees this, you earn your customers’ trust and so you get more transactions completed online. The project we have been working on in District Akademicheskiy for a decade now results in the trust people have in the housing developers. This is currently the largest comprehensive area development project in Europe,’ Golubitsky said.

KORTROS Group’s President said that 20% of their March 2020 sales were completed online. According to his forecast, the share of online sales could go up even higher in April, as the customers’ trust in the system keeps growing as well.

Golubitsky also added that projects like District Akademicheskiy prove the most crisis-resilient, even during quarantine restrictions, since all the necessary infrastructure has been provided for the area residents next to their homes.
