Yekaterinburg: One-Bedroom Homes Grow 0.8% Cheaper in November

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, December 4, 2019. The asking price on Yekaterinburg existing home market dropped by 0.5% and reached RUB 65,635 per m2 on average between October 23 and November 22, 2019, Novosel Group's research findings indicate.
'The price of studio apartments declined by 0.3%, that of one-bedroom homes by 0.8%, that of two-bedroom ones by 0.6%, that of 'improved layout' ones by 0.7%, and that of 'special architectural project' ones by 0.8%,' the research states.
The average asking price of apartments in buildings dating back to the Khrushchev and Brezhnev eras has remained the same.
