Yekaterinburg: New Home Prices Up 1.6% in Q3’19

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, September 26, 2019. New homes in Yekaterinburg’s recently commissioned apartment buildings grew 1.6% more expensive in the third quarter of 2019 compared with the second quarter, Novosel Group’s analytical research findings indicate.
Prices of studio apartments rose by 1.1%, those of one-bedroom homes rose by 1.3%, and those of two-bedroom ones rose by 2.8%.
‘The asking price of a studio apartment currently on offer on Yekaterinburg new home market comes to RUB 3,474,617 on average (the place is 42.1 m2 big on average); that of a one-bedroom apartment comes to RUB 4,832,677 (63 m2), and that of a two-bedroom one comes to RUB 6,652,255 (87.8 m2),’ the Group’s report states.
