MRSK Urala’s net profit plummets 67.2%

MRSK Urala came up with a financial and economic performance report for the first half of 2009. The report was drawn up in accordance with the Russian Accounting Standards.
According to the official data provided by the company, their pre-tax profit nosedived by 85.6% compared with the first half of 2008, whereas their net profit declined by 67.2%.
At the same time, the company’s sales revenues rose by 15.7% and their avails soared by 208.2%, even though the product’s prime cost went up by 8.3%.
