E-banking to become widely available, SKB-Bank says

‘Our retail customers will be able to use our e-services in the very near future. We actually run some e-banking for private customers in the test mode at the moment, and the service is soon to become widely available,’ SKB-Bank’s BOD Chairman Mikhail Khodorovskiy said to UrBC.
‘On the whole, we are trying to shape our new and existing products in a way that answers our customers’ demands. We analyze the market needs and try to meet them by either launching new products or improving on the currently available ones, for example, through better terms and interest rates. We do our best to make sure our customers find working with the bank nice and easy. I feel positive the year 2008 will signal some new market achievements for us,’ Mikhail Khodorovskiy noted.
The Chairman reported the bank intended to improve on the less noticeable aspects of their business as well.
‘We are ever-improving on our informational security and building up on the server capacity, while our IT Department keeps working on the new technological services for our customers. All this is part of a bigger scheme known as better customer service,’ he observed.
‘Our customers can feel totally safe: despite any market convulsions, SKB-Bank will be operating reliably and will offer nice quality service to its customers.’
