URSA Bank has recently introduced an option of making loan payments and topping up one’s accounts through cash-in ATMs. The bank’s Siberian branch can already boast 104 such machines that handle VISA and Master Card, while all the operations are made using the ruble; there is no fee for the service.
‘Cash-in ATMs spare the customers the trouble of queuing or having to ask for a clerk’s help, which means they save a lot of time into the bargain. This is something that Russian and foreign leading banks turned to a long time ago in order to relieve their front offices and improve on the quality of sales,’ URSA Bank’s Deputy GD Petr Morsin says.
URSA Bank’s cash-in ATMs can be found in Novosibirsk, Kemerovo, Tomsk, Irkutsk, and Samara Regions, in the Republic of Altai, in Krasnoyarsk and Khabarovsk Territory, and in Omsk, the bank’s press officer reports.
