Ural Airlines gets amenity set for business class

21 March 2008 (09:17)

Ural Airlines’ passengers traveling business class can now use a set of personal items consisting of earplugs, some warm slippers, a shoe horn, some wet wipes for leather shoes and products, and sleep goggles aboard the plane.

‘The airline keeps trying to create a cozy and homey atmosphere aboard its planes. This is particularly important for business people who have to go on trips all the time and often find themselves waking up in the sky. These are mainly the passengers who use our morning flights to Moscow that take off at 6.50 AM and 9.30 AM. We have made changes in these flights’ business class menu earlier by adding a continental breakfast with pancakes, omelet, and cottage cheese pudding. Then, we always provide our business class passengers with a hot hand towel, pillows, and blankets,’ Ural Airlines’ press officer says.

‘Our passengers are all set now. Any trip is bound to start well; one can always read a newspaper, have a cup of tea or a glass of wine and some dinner before going to sleep. Then, passengers can replace their shoes with comfy slippers, wrap up in a warm blanket and get a good sleep. However difficult and eventful the next day may be, it should start in a nice and peaceful way,’ the press officer observed.

This amenity set is now available at a number of the carrier’s domestic flights, including Moscow-bound ones, and at all the international scheduled flights.
