In the course of the opening ceremonies, UC RUSAL’s Social Welfare Project Center Director Igor Sukhotin spoke on the company’s investment strategy in the Urals and called for more cooperation between the company and the municipal authorities. The attendees were given some booklets containing information on the Center’s activities.
