Governor of Chelyabinsk Region says 3 billion RUR from region’s budget must be spent

Governor of Chelyabinsk Region Petr Sumin announced in the course of a cabinet meeting that the region had yet to spend 3 billion RUR worth of budget revenues.
The Governor asked all the region’s ministers, district heads, committee chairs, and directors of different departments to start working on the ways of spending this money wisely.
'Our main challenges lie in the field of housing maintenance and utilities services, finishing up this year’s harvesting, and wise money-spending,’ he said.
