Governor of Sverdlovsk Region Eduard Rossel met General Director of Uralmashzavod Nazim Efendiev on July 2, 2007. The spokesperson for the Governor reports Mr. Rossel and Mr. Efendiev were discussing some technicalities of setting up an engineering company meant for development and introduction of new technologies.
