'Aviaprad currently owes Koltsovo airport 500 million RUR,’ Governor of Sverdlovsk Region Eduard Rossel announced at a recent press conference relating to the airport’s attempts to offer Ural Airlines’ slots to Aviaprad.
'Given the great debt this carrier has, one cannot help questioning this company’s future,’ the Governor said.
