SKB-Bank offers loans over the phone

15 February 2007 (17:14)

SKB-Bank has recently come up with a new offer: small and medium-scale businesses can now get a loan without the company’s representative actually visiting the bank. All the application forms can now be filled by the bank’s clerk in the course of a phone conversation with the potential borrower. Then, it will take the experts just one day to consider the application, the financial records, and the documents provided by the entrepreneur and, should they decide to give a loan, this businessperson only needs to visit whichever office they like best, pick up the papers and sign the loan agreement.

‘Our experience of giving loans over the phone has shown that this service is quite convenient for small and medium-scale businesses. Our help and information center operates seven days a week (from 8.30 AM to 10 PM on weekdays, from 9 AM to 7 PM on Saturdays, and from 9 AM to 5 PM on Sundays). Making a phone call is definitely easier than visiting the bank in person,’ says SKB-Bank’s Help and Information Director Tatiana Toropova.
