MegaFon Ural, the mobile phone operator, reports that due to some technical improvements it has managed to raise the quality of coverage in the town of Sukhoy Log and in some districts of Yekaterinburg, namely, in Yugo-Zapadniy (Togliatti St.-Belorechenskaya St.), VIZ (Zavodskaya St.), and Yunost stadium.
