Dietrich Moeller, President of Siemens AG Russia, visited Sverdlovsk Region today. This is Mr Meller’s first visit, preceded by a personal invitation from Governor Eduard Rossel that occurred in the course of a meeting in London, where the Russian Economic Forum was being held at that moment.
Siemens operates in thirty Russian regions and employs around 4,000 people; its turnover was estimated to reach ?1.6bn in 2005.
