Vysokogorskiy ore mining and processing enterprise JSC (part of Evraz Group) fulfilled its output plan in all fields of production in May 2006, and its sintering plant increased output against the plan.
As the company’s spokesperson reports, in May, the company employees performed the processing and winning operations well and without interruptions. Lebyazhinskiy sintering plant produced more than had been scheduled in the yearly production plan. Within the month of May, the four sintermachines had been extra-productive, yet the plant workers managed to meet the strict melting stock, electricity, coke, and gas consumption limits.

In May, the company’s primary consumers did not issue a single quality complaint, and the sintered ore supplied by the company always contained 57.7% of iron.

Alongside with the sintered ore production, the enterprise was upgrading its sintered ore ragging techniques in order to make the final product finer.
