Kamensk-Uralskiy Metallurgical Plant JSC (part of SUAL Group) held the annual shareholder meeting that resulted in electing the Board of Directors (including the three vice-presidents of SUAL Holding Anatoliy Zharov, Dmitriy Ustinov, and Vladimir Chertovikov, the plant’s Financial Director Elena Golovanaya, Deputy CEO and Development and Investments Director Sergey Mozharovskiy, GD of Ural Foil JSC Sergey Borovik, and former GD of Kamensk-Uralskiy Metallurgical Plant JSC Alexei Shkolnikov who resigned on May 6, 2006) and Chairman Vladimir Chertovikov.

The shareholders also decided to pass a dividend for 2005, approved of the company’s annual report and accounting report. Last year, the plant produced over 90,900 tons of goods, reaching its production peak over the last 14 years. This signifies a 10.8% increase compared to 2004. The share of high-level processing goods production went up from 95.3% to 96.8% largely due to flat section. A lot more tubes and pipes were produced as well.

The company produced 7.8bn RUR worth of goods altogether, which is 39.8% more than in 2004, with the share of exported goods coming to 57.5%.
