MMK-Metiz stockholders decide to pass a dividend for 2005

MMK-Metiz JSC, a calibrating metal products producer, has recently held the annual shareholder meeting. In 2005, the company produced 206.3 tons of goods (10% of Russia’s total output). 17.2% of produce was exported, of which 71% was made up by wire.
The shareholders confirmed the annual report, P & L distribution, and decided to pass a dividend. The shareholders also elected the Board of Directors, the cast of the inspection committee, and Universe Audit as the company’s Auditor, the company’s spokesperson said to UrBC representative. The following Board members were elected: Rafkat Tahautdinov, Evgeniy Oder, Vladimir Skripka, Vladimir Shmakov, Alexei Nosov, Alexander Titov, and Mikhail Buryakov. Rafkat Tahautdinov was once again elected Chairman.
