On April 5, 2006, Oleg Danchenko is going to succeed Viktor Videneev as GD of the chemical company. Mr Videneev, who has been GD since 2005, is leaving for Oil and Gas Systems Production Association Ltd. (Moscow partner of Kurganhimmash). Mr Danchenko is former Director of Saint Petersburg Hardware Plant CJSC.
