Atomstroykomplex Developer Company to be held accountable for unauthorized land occupation and violation of dwelling construction procedure

Following the decision of the Public Prosecutor of Verkh-Isetsky borough of Yekaterinburg, Rosnedvizhimost (public real estate of Russia) Administration demanded that Atomstroykomplex CJSC developer company be held accountable for unauthorized land occupation and violation of dwelling construction procedures. Thus, Atomstroykomplex was inflicted a penalty of 21,000 RUR, Sverdlovsk Region Office of Public Prosecutor says. The investigation performed by the public prosecution bodies revealed that Atomstroykomplex had commenced its building and assembly operations to erect a multistory residential building with a fitness facility in Fevralskaya Revolutsia Street, Yekaterinburg, without the necessary documents and permissions. Hence, the Atomstroykomplex operations contradicted the town planning and land laws.The Public Prosecutor of Verkh-Isetsky borough of Yekaterinburg instituted legal proceedings against Atomstroykomplex CJSC, charging the company with unauthorized land occupation (clause 7.1 of Russian Federation Administrative Offenses Code) and violation of dwelling construction procedures (clause 9.5 of Russian Federation Administrative Offenses Code, Part I)
