An extraordinary general meeting of energy suppliers TGK–9 plc shareholders was adjourned with a decision to restructure the company by doing a merger with energy supplier Sverdlovskaya generiruyushaya kompania plc and energy supplier Permskaya generiruyushaya kompania plc, which is going to make TGK–9 the second largest regional energy supplier that makes all core decisons vital to the prospective company structure with the help of minority shareholders, yielding only to TGK–5.
