Backlog of municipal housing organizations to regional energy supplier doubles throughout January to June 2006
10 July 2006 (10:10)
The indebtedness of companies dealing in housing services to SverdlovskEnergoSbyt JSC, the regional energy supplier, has doubled throughout January to June 2006 and reached the point of some 270m RUR. Companies are increasingly trying to become dissolved and then set up some new legal entities and ignore the enormously huge debts rather than pay them. Thus, the municipal unitary enterprise of Tavdinskiy district has recently announced its demise, notwithstanding the seven-million-ruble debt to SverdlovskEnergoSbyt. The question of who is going to pay the supplier is still pending, reports the spokesperson for SverdlovskEnergoSbyt.
