UrBC, Yekaterinburg, August 30, 2019. Russian Auction House is currently advertising a new lot: a land allotment and a nonresidential building on the shore of Lake Tavatui, Sverdlovsk Region, the company’s reports indicate.

Potential bidders are invited to buy a share in OOO MAV’s authorized capital, as the company in question owns the 2.5-hectare land allotment and the 925.7-square-meter building.

The place is located in Nevyansk District, within 850 meters to the north of the settlement Tavatui.

‘This private, premium-class building is situated on the shore of Lake Tavatui, away from the highways for absolute acoustic comfort and the perfect ambience of the countryside quiet. 40% of the land allotment is woods (fir trees, pine trees, and cedar trees). The shore of the lake and the beautiful landscapes all around are just the thing for long walks and for doing outdoor sports. The allotment includes a 250-square-meter stretch of the shore (sand/shingle), with a private pier. Tavatui has all the infrastructure one needs for living comfortably: asphalt roads, a school, a kindergarten, and grocery stores. The spot could be used in a variety of ways either as a private home or a premium-class hotel with ten to fifteen guest rooms,’ Russian Auction House says.
