UrBC, Yekaterinburg, August 15, 2019. The number of apartments currently on offer on Yekaterinburg existing home market declined by 3.2% in the last month and came to 8,600 units, Ural Real Estate Chamber’s report indicates.
As of August 5, 2019, the asking price of an existing home came to RUB 72,634 per m2 on average in Yekaterinburg, down 0.1% on four weeks previously.
