The average asking price on Yekaterinburg’s existing home market came to RUB 72,355 per m2 on November 18, 2019; the figure dropped by 0.2% in the last month and by 0.7% against early October, Ural Real Estate Chamber’s Analytical Department’s report indicates.
The market supply has shrunk by 0.2% in the last month, reaching 9,000 units.
