UrBC, Magnitogorsk, September 13, 2018. Magnitogorsk Iron & Steel Works (MMK) will be on the expert committee for developing the Technology & Innovation Launch Standard in Russia, the company press service reports. The unified procedure is expected to increase demand for Russian technologies and help make Russian companies more competitive.
The Standard will consist in a set of guidelines on how to work with external innovations and on what other steps can be taken to enhance large businesses’ efficiency and to create a comfortable business environment for new technologies and innovations. The best national and international practices will be taken into account, as well as earlier research on launching innovations.
The Standard is being worked on on the site of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI), which held a strategic session with representatives of fifty different corporations and innovation-focused development institutes (including Skolkovo Foundation, Russian Venture Company, Internet Initiatives Development Foundation, and others) in Moscow on September 7, 2018.
