Yekaterinburg: Existing Home Prices Up 2.7%

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, June 1, 2018. The average asking price of an existing home rose by 1.3% on Yekaterinburg housing market compared with the start of the year and by 2.7% compared with twelve months earlier, Ural Real Estate Chamber’s report states.
The average asking price currently comes to RUR 68,162 per m2.
In terms of location, prices have been going up in nearly all the parts of the city: by 4.7% for centrally located apartments, by 1.3% in Yekaterinburg’s second most expensive locations close to the heart of the city, and by 1.7% and 2.1% in the third and fourth priciest parts of the city, respectively. As for Yekaterinburg’s remotest and least expensive outskirts, housing prices have remained the same there as at the beginning of the year.
