ChTPZ Group Sets Up Information Center

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, October 26, 2017. All-in-one Information Center opened at ChTPZ Group’s Chelyabinsk Tube Rolling Plant recently; the center will handle all in the incoming messages, the Group’s press service reports.
The goal is to improve the Group’s customer service and come up with an efficient way to communicate with all kinds of customer segments.
‘Thanks to the center, our customers, suppliers, and employees can all get prompt and useful advice. Highly skilled experts will provide them with the information they need, transfer calls to respective departments if necessary, or put the callers through to specific experts,’ the press service says.
‘This Information Center is an important customer service development stage. We now have a single location to handle all the incoming calls and messages, which is expected to make the Group more competitive through improved customer and supplier service,’ says Director-General of the Group’s pipe-manufacturing division Boris Kovalenkov.
The Center is open from 8AM to 12AM (Moscow time) seven days a week.
