UrBC, Yekaterinburg, September 6, 2017. SKB-Bank’s MasterCard holders can now enjoy the benefits of Samsung Pay, the bank’s press service reports.
The contactless pay service is now available to owners of all Samsung Pay-compatible smartphones (this includes phones in the Samsung Galaxy series and MasterCard-friendly Samsung Gear S3 portable units).
‘SKB-bank keeps investing in digital development and launching advanced technologies in its e-banking and m-banking services; contactless payments is one such technology. Introducing Samsung Pay has meant bank cards are now even more convenient to use. I am positive our cardholders will find this new service useful,’ says SKB-Bank’s Remote Banking Services Director Konstantin Kotelnikov.
According to head of Samsung Mobile Russia Dmitri Gostev, Samsung Pay will make paying for daily shopping easier than ever for SKB-Bank’s customers. The service’s main advantage is that Samsung Pay is both NFC- and MST-supported, which means it works everywhere where regular bank cards get accepted.
