ChTPZ Group Signs Cooperation Agreement with WorldSkills Russia

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, July 14, 2017. ChTPZ Group signed a cooperation agreement with WorldSkills Russia, the company press service reports.
The paper was signed by the Director of the Group’s pipe-manufacturing division Alexander Grubman and Head of WorldSkills Russia Robert Urazov.
The two parties intend to join their efforts in designing and promoting FutureSkills. The Group’s goal is to coordinate foresight sessions during corporate WorldSkills championships in order to decide on the popular jobs of the future; the company will also set up teams of contestants and experts in specific WorldSkills categories and will introduce relevant professional development programs at its Training Center. WorldSkills Russia, on its part, will help the Group to promote the new jobs in the national industrial sector and will organize teacher training workshops for the Group’s Training Center’s staff.
FutureSkills is one of the WorldSkills Russia’s priority segments targeted at designing new skills that the globally evolving technological and production market requires. Together, the Group and WorldSkills Russia will be able to decide on the requirements these new skills and jobs of the future need to meet and to design training programs for them,’ Alexander Grubman says.
