Ural Real Estate Chamber: Existing Home Prices Down 0.6%

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, June 8, 2017. The average asking price currently comes to 66,357 RUR per m2 on Yekaterinburg existing home market, which is 0.6% less than four weeks earlier and 13.5% less than in February 2015, Ural Real Estate Chamber’s analytical report states.
Prices declined most noticeably in the city’s fourth priciest districts, with the average asking price at 55,608 RUR per m2 (-0.9% on four weeks perviously). Centrally located apartments grew 0.8% less expensive, down to 93,663 RUR per m2, and those in Yekaterinburg’s second and third priciest locations grew 0.4% and 0.5% cheaper, respectively (71,464 RUR and 60,445 RUR per m2).
In terms of apartment size rather than location, one-bedroom homes lost in their value the most (down 0.6% on four weeks earlier) and can now be had for 64,812 RUR per m2. Two-bedroom apartments now cost 65,596 RUR per m2 (-0.5%), whereas studios and three- or more-bedroom apartments grew 0.2% and 0.1% less expensive (down to 71,096 RUR and 67,825 RUR per m2, respectively).
