Yekaterinburg: Existing Home Prices Down 1.1%

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, March 23, 2017. The average asking price came to 67,350 RUR per m2 on Yekaterinburg existing home market on March 20, 2017.

Ural Real Estate Chamber reports the figure went down by 0.5% in the last four weeks and by 1.1% since the start of the year (by 3.3% compared with March 2016).

Prices decreased most noticeably for bigger and newer apartments (-0.7% to -0.8%), whereas homes in buildings dating back to the Stalin times can now be had for 57,415 RUR per m2. Prices of apartments in buildings put up in the eighties and the nineties currently declined to 63,677 RUR per m2. Homes in buildings put in in the Brezhnev times can be had for 59,019 RUR per m2 (-0.5%).
