MegaFon Presents FMC Partner
16 February 2017 (13:27)
UrBC, Yekaterinburg, February 16, 2017. The telecommunications provider MegaFon is launching its new FCM Partner program that will let mobile carriers unite their landline and mobile connection services within one virtual PBX, the company press service reports.
Wifire’s NETBYNET was one of the first partners to join the program.
The virtual PBX now has much more to offer: the services that only used to be available for landline users can now get connected to mobile phones through MegaFon’s SIM cards.
FMC Partner means mobile carriers can unite their own landline services with their mobile ones via MegaFon’s smart platform. You don’t need to get any additional licenses to join, and there are no extra costs related to network setup or upgrades.
The carriers can use the united network to develop their short code options and CRM and ensure better analysis of call frequency, duration, and location. They also get to keep all the control over their virtual PBX and thus remain the customer’s only ‘entry point.’
