Ural Vagon Zavod’s Workers Get Awards

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, October 13, 2016. Over sixty employees of Ural Vagon Zavod Corporation’s machine-building member enterprise Vityaz in Bashkortostan received honorary certificates for their outstanding performance, the company press service reports.

NC machine operator Nikolai Skornyakov, who has worked at Vityaz for thirty-four years now, and electric welder Radik Nabiullin, who has been with the plant for three decades, received Russia’s Industry & Trade Ministry’s certificates.

Turner from the company’s Assembly Department Iskandar Sitdikov was given the Republic of Bashkortostan’s certificate. Sitdikov won the company Best in One’s Job contest in 2013 and 2014.

Construction metal worker Sergei Afanasiev, who has worked at Vityaz for twenty-three years, and plater Zufar Nafikov, who has worked there for twenty-seven years, were both awarded the title of Bashkortostan’s Honored Machine-Builder.

Five more employees received Bashkortostan Industry & Innovative Policy Ministry’s certificates for ‘outstanding production achievements and considerable contribution to the company’s development’, and five more workers were given thank-you letters from the ministry.

Six employees received Ishimbaysky District Council’s certificates, and another six workers were given thank-you letters from the council. Also, thirty people received Vityaz company awards.
