EVRAZ Holding Workers Get State Awards

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, September 7, 2016. Governor of Sverdlovsk Region Evgeny Kuivashev presented state awards to three employees of EVRAZ Holding’s Kachkanar Ore Mining & Processing Enterprise (EVRAZ KGOK), the company press service reports.

Locomotive operator Vladimir Chuplygin and Head of Control/Measuring devices & Automatic Equipment Department Vladimir Shkaradenok received the For the Merit to the Fatherland Medal; locomotive operator Mikhail Beloussov received the title of Honored Transport Worker of the Russian Federation.

Vladimir Shkaradenok has worked at the Control/Measuring devices & Automatic Equipment Department for forty-four years now, starting out as an electrical fitter. He has also been head of rolling stock electric jobs team at the special high-voltage testing lab for the last eighteen years.

Mikhail Beloussov has been working at EVRAZ KGOK for nearly three decades and is a qualified locomotive operator and author of several improvement proposals. His proposals are meant to ensure the locos’ flawless performance, safe working conditions, and cutting down on resource spending.

Vladimir Chuplygin has vast experience in operation, maintenance, and repair of four different types of locomotives. Chuplygin relies on his outstanding expertise in how the locos are built to introduce productivity-boosting upgrades.
