Sverdlovsk Region: Dacha Allotment Prices Drop 20%

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, May 12, 2016. The price of a country summerhouse with a patch of land around it came to 1.101m RUR on average in Sverdlovsk Region in late April, which was 6% less than one year earlier and 20% less than in early 2015, N1.ru’s research findings indicate.
Prices went down for nearly all key locations, but the drop was most noticeable in places near Revda (-25%) and Pervouralsk (-22%), while the most expensive dachas can be found around Sysert, where a dacha with a land allotment comes for 1,537,500 RUR.
Prices first started going down in February 2015, with no traditional spring hype, so that the decrease reached 17% in the summer against early January (when the average price stood at as much as 1.385m RUR).
