Uralvagonzavod Corporation‘s head plant employees get MoD awards

UrBC, Nizhniy Tagil, September 15, 2015. Managers and lower-level employees of Uralvagonzavod Corporation‘s head plant received the Russian Defense Ministry‘s awards on September 12, Tankman‘s Day, the plant‘s press service reports.
The solemn awarding ceremony was carried out by Lieutenant-Colonel Sergei Tarasov, who is in charge of military vehicles and arms quality control in MoD Sverdlovsk Region section. He pointed out that medals were given to the awardees for their great personal contribution to Russian tank industry development.
15 people were awarded altogether. Three workers from the assembly department were given the For Strengthening Military Cooperation Medal, two people from the technological institute received the Mikhail Kalashnikov Medal, ten people from the management (including Executive Director Vladimir Roshchupkin, Chief Engieneer Yuri Shangin, Production Director Pavel Slobodyanik, Head of Mechanical Assembly Department Sergei Albrecht, and Head of Assembly Department Andrei Kudryavtsev) received the For Labor Valor Medal.
