9 July 2015 (17:16)
UrBC, Yekaterinburg, July 9, 2015. ChTPZ Group is going to feature its innovative approaches to blue-collar job training at the International Exhibition Innoprom 2015, the Group’s press service reports.
‘This year’s slogan runs, ‘The World of White Metallurgy: Follow Your Dream!’, the press service says.
ChTPZ Group Training Center’s experts will present the unique equipment that students on the Future of White Metallurgy, the company’s corporate training program, use to polish their skills. For one, an interactive game on making large-diameter pipes at Vysota 239 Department will be on offer, so visitors to the exhibition will be able to make a welded pipe from scratch, starting from the choice of metal sheets and finishing with the testing of the end product for defects.
The program’s best students are planning to present their own projects. For example, WorldSkills winners in Mechatronics Alexander Pauls and Ilya Ivanov put their Chess Player Robot on display; the robot is programmed to move pieces across the chessboard. WorldSkills Ural Federal District champion in Mobile Robotics Roman Barkhatov is going to demonstrate his industrial robot RV-2SDB that can dance.
