UrBC, Yekaterinburg, July 7, 2015. A group of former ChTPZ Group’s students who have completed their army service in Gorniy Shchit, Sverdlovsk Region, was discharged today. This is the fifth time students on the company’s corporate training program called the Future of White Metallurgy have come back to Pervouralsk New Pipe Plant (the Group’s member enterprise) to work there.
‘These young men proved excellent students and good soldiers. I am happy to find they see their future at the plant and I am positive they will become great professionals and the kind of workers our current students will want to emulate. We’ll definitely do our best to support their skills development and their careers,’ says the plant’s Managing Director Alexander Isaikin.
The discharged soldiers were welcomed in Pervouralsk by their families, friends, students of Pervouralsk Metallurgical School, and Pervouralsk New Pipe Plant’s management and staff. All of the demobilized young men signed their work contracts today to head for the plant’s Finishing Center, Iron Ozone 32 Steel-Smelting Facility, and pipe-rolling and pipe-drawing departments.
