May 28, 2015. Yekaterinburg urban development services are going to replace or renovate a number of road safety barriers in time for the summer season, the city council’s press service reports.

Around 20km worth of crash barriers are to be washed and repainted. Additionally, over 1km worth of new barriers will be installed in the city’s Oktyabrsky District in order to prevent cars from parking onto the lawns and to ensure pedestrians’ safety.
