Court to consider KRSU’s daughter enterprise’s bankruptcy case

January 13, 2015. Sverdlovsk Region Arbitration Court is going to consider Low Rise Construction Center’s bankruptcy application.
The files were submitted to the court on December 30, 2014.
Low Rise Construction Center is the Mid-Urals Development Corporation’s (KRSU) daughter enterprise and therefore belongs to Sverdlovsk Region.
In 2012, the company took out a 260m RUR loan from Sberbank, guaranteed by the KRSU, in order to put up Yuzhny District in Yekaterinburg. 230m RUR were taken out by the borrowing party in 2012 and 2013, with the money to be paid back by September 25, 2015. However, the borrower stopped making repayments in April 2014.
