December 8, 2014. The co-founder of Malysheva 73 Igor Zavodovsky won the Delovoy Kvartal magazine’s Person of the Year contest as the Developer of the Year, Delovoy Kvartal Yekaterinburg reports.

Zavodovsky has been with the company since the day it was founded. He is in charge of strategic issues, general management of construction projects, commercial estate transactions. Zavodovsky was one of the instrumental managers in the construction of the fourth extension to Greenwich Shopping Center in Yekaterinburg. The company is now getting ready to have its GreenPark Business Center in downtown Yekaterinburg commissioned and is turning the building of Passage Department Store into a modern shopping mall (in the city center as well).

This year, the magazine awarded the Person of the Year Prize to Director-General of Atomstroycomplex Valeriy Ananiev, Chairman of Sberbank’s Ural branch Vladimir Cherkashin (as Banker of the Year), Director-General of Uralenergostroycomplex Igor Plaksin (as Developer of the Year), Director-General of Uralelectromed Vladimir Kolotushkin (as the Industrialist of the Year), and founder of Ocean RusEnergy Alexei Yeliseyev (as Startup Founder of the Year).
