Akademicheskoye proves No.1 construction company in the Urals and Western Siberia

October 14, 2014. ZAO Regional Construction Group Akademicheskoye topped the rating of developers based in the Urals and Western Siberia; the rating was created by Expert Rating Agency based on data for the year 2013.
According to the agency’s research findings, the company’s output grew by 15.1% last year, while its revenues increased by 1.4bn RUR and reached 10.6bn RUR.
Tyumen Housing Construction Company came second in the rating, while Atomstroycomplex Corporation was the last of the big three.
Now ZAO Regional Construction Group Akademicheskoye is the developer behind Yekaterinburg’s new Academic District. The new area has been put up since 2007 and is expected to be complete by 2025. Over 1m sq m worth of housing have already been sold to customers, and more than 30,000 people live there. The developer will also put up schools for 32,500 children, kindergartens for 11,000 children, an office center, and a shopping mall.
