Ural Airlines proves one of Best Taxpayers in 2013

October 9, 2014. Ural Airlines was among the best taxpayers in 2013, the air carrier’s press service says.
Last year, the airline paid over 1.2bn RUR worth of taxes to budget and non-budget funds, including more than 300m RUR directed to Sverdlovsk Region’s budget.
‘Ural Airlines operate flights all over Russia as well as worldwide and are among the most respectable taxpayers in this federal constituency,’ Governor of Sverdlovsk Region Evgeniy Kuivashev stressed.
Interestingly, Ural Airlines was among Russia’s top five air carriers in terms of traffic volume in January 2014. Besides, over 4.4m people flew with the airlines last year. Ural Airlines operates flights to more than 170 destinations.
