MMK Trading House Moscow branch sets new sales record

August 6, 2014. The Moscow branch of MMK Trading House set a new record with its latest metal product sales, Magnitogorsk Iron & Steel Works (MMK) reports.
For the first time in the separate division of MMK Trading House in Moscow’s history, their stock sales of metal goods exceeded 18,000,000 kg. On Metallurgist’s Day (July 18), the Moscow office sold over 1,000,0000 kg a day.
MMK Trading House was set up by Magnitogorsk Iron & Steel Works in November 2008 and is now MMK Group’s authorized supplier in all parts of Russia.
The company’s mission is to make MMK Group’s produce more accessible to end customers through decreasing the number of intermediaries, the waiting time, and the cost of delivery. MMK Trading House is focused on the customers’ interests and on improving the quality of service.
MMK Trading House intends to build an efficient sales system that takes into account both the current and the future needs of its customers and ensures great quality of service through both optimization of the chain of delivery from the metallurgical enterprise to the end customer and customized shipments that meet a customer’s specific technological needs.
The company currently comprises 24 divisions located in Central, Volga, Volga-Vyatka, North-Caucasian, Ural, and Siberian Districts.
In 2014, the amount of sales per end customer increased by 13% compared with a year earlier. Sales rose by 2% compared with last year.
